OACAC Head Start is seeking a compassionate, experienced Licensed Counselor to join our Head Start team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the social-emotional development of preschool-aged children by providing consultation to teaching staff and partnership with families. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of early childhood mental health and a strong commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

Salary Range $30.53-$39.62

Requirements: Minimum:  Master’s degree in counselling, psychology, social work or educational psychology and PLPC, LPC, or LCSW and one year of experience working with children in a pre-school setting.
