Work Status: full-time 40hours/week, M-F 7:00AM – 3:00PM, full-year

OACAC Head Start is seeking motivated team members for the position of Food Service Supervisor.  The Food Service Supervisor is a vital part of the school family and interacts with all center staff and children daily, so they must be friendly, flexible and a team player. This individual will prepare and serve high quality, delicious meals to children and staff according to the prepared menu.  This position supervises volume production/preparation, delivery and service of meals in accordance with established standards of nutrition, health and sanitation; and performs administrative tasks in support of the food preparation process.  Additionally, this person will maintain a clean and organized kitchen and adhere to all food safety standards.

Salary: $17.80

Requirements: Minimum of High School Diploma/GED.  Reliable transportation and ability to lift 40 lbs.

Preferred:  Supervisory experience. Quantity cooking.
