OACAC is seeking qualified individuals for the Data Entry Clerk position. The LIHEAP Data Entry Clerk is responsible for approving applications for the Energy Crisis Program, data entry, implementing services for which clients are eligible, Responsible for the preparation of payments for the Energy Crisis Program. Assisting with basic office procedures and with the overall implementation of the LIHEAP Programs.



Individuals will need a knowledge of basic computer operations for a large volume of data entry. Ability to develop computer procedures needed for energy program data entry purposes.Understand and provide interpretation of energy program guidelines. Ability to collect program data and develop this material into appropriate reporting formats. Knowledge of basic office procedures and clerical functions. Exercise confidentiality in regard to participant and other sensitive program information. Attend meetings and training activities deemed necessary by supervisor. Perform additional related duties as assigned by Supervisor.  Ability to follow written and oral instructions with a minimum of supervision. Ability to utilize agency’s computer system. Ability to work in a cooperative and professional manner with agency colleagues. Ability to handle sensitive agency consumer information in a confidential manner. Possession of a valid Missouri driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance.

Declaration Form for prospective employees of Head Start programs
