OACAC Head Start is seeking motivated team members for the position of Float Preschool Teacher Assistant.  This position assists with preschool teaching responsibilities in various classrooms. This position operates from an assigned “home base” center and travels locally to Head Start and Early Head Start classrooms to cover staff absences.

Salary Range: $14.94 - $17.72

 

Requirements: Minimum of HS Diploma/GED AND six (6) college credit hours or Preschool CDA.  Experience working with preschool children.

 

Preferred: Early Childhood degree.  Copy of transcript required with application.

Declaration Form for prospective employees of Head Start programs

Federal policies require that Head Start agencies require all prospective employees to sign a declaration prior to employment which lists: 1.
