OACAC Head Start is seeking motivated team members for the position of Early Head Start (Infant/Toddler) Lead Teacher.  We strive to place three teachers with eight infants and toddlers in each of our EHS classrooms.  This practice allows each teacher to be a primary caregiver to 2-3 children during the eight-hour workday.  Join a team-oriented program who supports relationship-based caregiving to support children’s development through opportunities for play.

Salary Range: $20.14 - $23.87

Requirements: Minimum of HS Diploma/GED; six (6) college credit hours and Infant/Toddler CDA OR willingness to obtain Early Childhood Development Specialization Certification from Ozarks Tech (paid for by employer). Experience working with infants and toddlers. 

Preferred:Early Childhood degree.  Copy of transcript required with application.  Supervisory experience.
