OACAC Head Start is seeking a compassionate, experienced Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our Head Start team. The Head Start Nurse provides comprehensive health services to enrolled children, supports families in accessing care, and ensures compliance with Head Start Performance Standards. This role involves collaboration with families, staff, and community health providers to promote optimal health outcomes.

Salary Range $20.53 – $29.24

Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a current state license. Experience in pediatric or community/public health nursing preferred. Knowledge of early childhood development, family dynamics, and health regulations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
