OACAC Head Start is seeking motivated team members for the position of Nutrition Assistant.

The Nutrition Assistant is a vital part of the school family and interacts with all center staff and children daily, so they must be friendly, flexible and a team player. This individual will prepare and serve high quality, delicious meals to children and staff according to the prepared menu.  This position monitors volume production/preparation, delivery and service of meals; and performs administrative tasks in support of the food preparation process. Additionally, this person will maintain a clean and organized kitchen and adhere to all food safety standards. 

Salary: $16.54

Requirements: Reliable transportation and ability to lift 40 lbs.

Preferred:  Minimum of High School Diploma/GED. Quantity cooking experience.
