OACAC Head Start Central Office

Work Status: Full-Time (40 hrs.) M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm

 

OACAC is accepting qualified candidates to provide support to the Program Director in managing non-federal share (In-Kind) contributions, managing center licensing processes, and performing key administrative and clerical duties for the central office and field locations. This candidate works closely with the Head Start Director to ensure the program meets all requirements of the Head Start Performance Standards, Missouri Accreditation, and state licensing regulations.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

·         Accurate and timely data entry of all non-federal match resources;

·         Manage licensing process including renewals and inspection reports;

·         Coordinate schedules for Float Teacher Assistants;

·         Manage office supplies/equipment;

·         Manage incoming & outgoing mail;

 

 

Benefits. EOE. Salary range $16.11 – $20.91

 

Requirements:

HS Diploma/GED required; some college hours preferred

Previous office experience desirable

Skilled in excel
